We teach a mix of Hsing Yi Kung-fu, European Combatives, Modern Weapons, some traditional weapons, personal protection, and self-defense. We are not limited to by any organization or group and do not claim any particular lineage. This helps us because we can use empirical reasoning to test out any move or technique before we teach it.

We teach our curriculum in a rotating fashion. This means that everyone in a certain class learns the same material at the same time. In the basic level there are five belts and five "blocks" or "groups" of material. Each student will go through all five of this "blocks" or "groups" of material before they progress on to the intermediate level. This means that different students may learn the material at different times but they will all know the same material when the progress onto intermediate and advanced level of training.
